Re-X Portal — Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Overview

The Re-X Portal ("Portal") is a private management platform operated by Re-X Australasia Limited ("Re-X", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in New Zealand. The Portal is made available exclusively to authorised Re-X clients and their designated team members ("you", "users") for the management of mobile pay-at-pump, marketing automation, loyalty, and customer engagement programs. The Portal is not a public service and access is provided solely under an existing commercial agreement with Re-X.

2. Access and accounts

Access to the Portal is by invitation only. User accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator or by Re-X on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Re-X immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Permitted use

The Portal is provided for the purpose of managing your organisation's mobile pay-at-pump, marketing automation, loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement programs through Re-X. You agree to use the Portal only for its intended business purposes and in accordance with any applicable commercial agreement between your organisation and Re-X. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, interfere with the operation of the Portal, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data and content

Data you enter or manage through the Portal remains subject to the terms of your organisation's commercial agreement with Re-X. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Portal complies with all applicable laws, including those relating to customer data and privacy.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Portal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Portal at any time. Where changes materially affect your use, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-X's liability arising from your use of the Portal is limited to the terms set out in your organisation's commercial agreement with Re-X. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal if you breach these terms, if your organisation's commercial agreement with Re-X ends, or if your organisation's administrator requests removal of your access.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
